Return/Exchange Policy

In the event that the products delivered to your address are not the ones you requested, please contact us at hola@furba.com.mx. In this case, both the exchange and shipping costs will not be covered by Furba.

IMPORTANT To validate any exchange or return, the items must be in the perfect condition in which they were delivered (unused) and in perfect conditions.

The product must be returned exactly as it was delivered. You have 15 business days to make your exchange or return from the day you received your order. In the case of a return, you will have to pay for the merchandise shipping depending on your location.

The product refund will be processed in the same method as the original payment, and you will receive it approximately 15 business days from the day we receive the returned items.
